What we collect

• Account: your email address (for sign-in) and the display name you choose.
• Schedule data: the events you enter or import — dates, times, categories, and optional labels — plus your timezone so times display correctly for others.
• Photos you import: when you use photo import, the image is sent to our server and to Google's Gemini API to extract schedule entries, then discarded. Images are not stored.
• Push tokens: a device token so we can deliver the notifications you've asked for.
• Import accuracy stats: anonymous counts of how much you correct automatic imports, used to improve the feature.

Who can see your schedule

Only people you explicitly invite. Events marked private are visible to no one but you. We enforce this in the database itself, not just in the app.

What we don't do

• No ads, no selling or sharing your data with data brokers.
• No tracking across other apps or websites.
• No collection of your location.

Where your data lives

Data is stored with Supabase (hosted on AWS, US region). Push notifications are delivered via Expo's push service and Apple/Google. Photo imports are processed by Google's Gemini API.

Your choices

You can stop sharing with anyone at any time, delete individual events, or delete your account entirely — which removes your profile, schedule, and connections. Contact us at zachrperry@gmail.com for account deletion or any questions.
