Employer guide

Working at CVS

CVS schedules differ between front store and pharmacy, with pharmacy cover following its own rota and often running later.

Freeish is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to CVS. This is a guide for employees, written by us. There is no integration with the store and pharmacy schedule or any other employer system — you import a photo or screenshot of your own schedule, and nothing you do in Freeish is visible to your employer.

How schedules reach you

  • Front store and pharmacy schedules are published separately.
  • Pharmacy cover rotates and runs to later closes.
  • Weekend coverage is part of the rota.
  • Shifts change when cover is needed.

Where it stops

Two different rotas in one building, and neither reaches anyone at home.

That is the gap Freeish fills. Photograph or screenshot whatever your employer gives you, import it in about a minute, and the people who plan around your hours can see them — without you relaying every change.
